Service Policy

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice → deposit is forfeited
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows → full charge may apply

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up without notice will result in:

  • Loss of deposit
  • Possible restriction from future bookings

Please arrive:

  • With a clean face (if possible)
  • Free of heavy makeup
  • Ready to relax and receive your service

Health & Skin Conditions

Please inform us of:

  • Skin sensitivities
  • Allergies
  • Recent treatments or medications

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened items

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will gladly assist with a replacement if eligible.
